Video Production Process
Flammy Studio follows a six-step process to ensure consistency from pre-production to post-production. We guarantee a unique final product while delivering a seamless and professional experience.
Pre-Production/Consultation
Every project starts with a consultation to align the video with the client’s brand and goals. Our producers work closely with them to craft a compelling visual story that communicates their message effectively.
Estimate
After the consultation, we provide a detailed cost estimate covering production, post-production, and materials. Once approved, we move forward with production, requiring a 70% deposit before bringing in equipment and resources to begin filming.
Video Production
Each video follows pre-approved production terms to align with company goals and budget. Our producers guide interviews and direct movements for the best results, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience that reflects in the final product.
Post Production
Flammy Studio’s post-production team refines raw footage to match the client’s vision, typically within a week. Larger projects may take longer, while expedited edits within three days come at a premium. Direct sessions with an editor aren’t included but can be arranged. Follow-ups are handled via email.
Material Review & Approval
You will receive an unlisted YouTube link to review it on your own time. However, our clients must consider that we also have other projects to work on, so we request that all reviews are done within two weeks.
Delivery
Once the final review is complete and payment is made, the video is delivered. Clients receive a licensed file for distribution on any platform, present or future. The file is shared via Dropbox, and we recommend downloading it for long-term storage.
